Toasted Marshmallow Fudge Cupcakes

Ingredients:

1 box chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups water
1 jar hot fudge topping
1 10.5 oz bag Mini Campfire Marshmallows
24 toothpicks

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place cupcake liners in muffin tin

In a large bowl, mix cake batter according to box instructions

Pour into muffin tin and back as directed

While cupcakes are baking, create your mini roasted marshmallows on a stick

Using a kitchen torch or stove top burner, slightly toast 42 mini marshmallows

Let cool slightly, then skewer two marshmallows on each toothpick

Once the cupcakes are out of the oven, place a spoonful of hot fudge topping on top. The heat of the cupcake will naturally melt the fudge helping it spread evenly on top.

Let the cupcakes and fudge cool before placing your mini roasted marshmallows on top!

For extra marshmallow goodness, you can also mix toasted mini marshmallows into the cake batter!
